Those of us who help others try to do this aren't immune to having issues with it ourselves. However, if you're anything like me you feel compelled to have your duckies "in a row" since others look to you to have them that way! I am someone who gets overwhelmed quite easily and used to try to hide this part of myself because, frankly, I didn't like it. However, I'm learning that it's okay---I'm human, and when I authentically share that with my clients, it opens the space for them to be real, too. I'm so glad you stopped by my blog! I think there is so much power and empowerment to give - and get - when we are authentic like this. It can so often be a great relief when we see that others are struggling just like we are AND it's such a contribution to others. i am completely struggline with balance in my life right now - I'm trying on new ways of being and operating - as the old ways are no longer working. And, being someone who coaches others in creating balance in their lives, it's hard and embarassing to admit! Thank you for this!
